The weekend

I had such a great time with my mom and my aunt. The time seems to just fly by whenver they are with me! Thursday night we went to dinner, no kids, to Claim Jumper and it was so yummy! Friday, I got off work at noon and Paul and I went to get our new van. It's a very nice 2005 Ford E150. It's an 8 passenger and it's really clean. We like it a lot! It fits us very well! Then we went to Olive Garden for dinner and to Target afterward. My aunt spoiled the kids, and me by spoiling my kids! Saturday, we headed out for a day of shopping. Paul took the little ones while Reanna, Mikayla, and I went to the mall with my mom and my aunt. My aunt bought them new earrings, lots of clothes and a pair of shoes. My mom and I were pooped! We stopped for a cookie and some water, what a great lunch! =) We got a phone call from Danielle about her Father in law being in the hospital, so Emma joined the fun of shopping! My mom got her a dress at Kohl's, she tried on hats too. The girls tried on all kinds dresses. Some of them I about lost my head on! What are these designers thinking!! Reanna tried on a dress and I thought I was going to put her on restriction for it!! My aunt and my mom don't have the same standards that I do as far as dress goes, so we conflicted(as usual) when it came to the clothes! No worries about lunch, we ended up getting a pretzel which was delicious! We then headed home, what a long day! I'm tired all over again just writing about it. Sunday we just hung out. My mom and I stayed in our pajama's for as long as we possibly could! We made country style ribs, my favorite macaroni salad, corn on the cob, and salad! It was way too much food! After dinner we played cards, my favorite thing to do with my mom! She left with my aunt back to the hotel Sunday night. It's so hard to say bye to my mom! She is one of my bestest friends and she amazes me too!
Work is going good. We only have a month left! Crazy! Paul is still planning on going into the Army National Guard. I don't like to think about it too much.

Savannah!

I can't believe I left this out! Savannah has started crawling and sitting up this week! I love getting her when she wakes up in the morning. She is such a cuddle bug! I'm amazed at how happy she is. She says Da-Da and said Ma a couple days ago! She's only sadi Ma the one time, but I'll take it!! Now I have to get ready for work! Have a great day!
I decided to start a blog, obviously! It's more fun to keep in touch this way. I also wanted to have it for while Paul is away for the National Guard. I think it will help me get through! I'm not sure where to start, but hopefully that will get easier, or that was the start!
My mom and Aunt Susan are here from CA. They got here last night and we get to have them for the next 3 days!! I have missed them a lot! It's been almost 7 months since i saw them last. Thats a long time to go without your mom! I have an amazing relationship with my mom. She has become one of my best friends! She is so funny and sweet! As I get older, I realize how much like her I am, and I'm grateful.
On Tuesday, Paul took Eliza to the hospital because she was being a monkey (again) and climbed on the rail to our balcony(we're on the first floor!) and fell over head first into the rock landscape. She split open her head and had to get 6 little staples put in. She did really well! She now tells me that she had to go to the hospital and see the dr. and she doesn't want to do that again!
On Wednesday night, we realized that at almost 3, Noah is too old for me to be showering him! He told me he saw my eyeballs. I asked him, "You saw my what?!" and he pointed to my chest and said, "I see you eyeballs, mommy!" I got out with him and Eliza and told Paul, no more showers with Noah!
Thursday night was a nice night out with my mom and aunt. Just Paul and I went out to dinner with them. Danielle watched the kids for us! I don't know what I'd do without her! Paul told her we would trade, but I figure I will have to watch her 2 at least 3 times to even out for my 5! =)
Today is a short day for work! I'm off at noon. We are getting a new van today! It's an eight passenger Ford E150. It's very nice and we will have it paid off very quickly, so no car payment!
Well, thats a start! Thanks!
